The name Vagaceratops means "Wandering Horned Face". Vagaceratops is a genus of herbivorous of ceratopsian dinosaur. It is a chasmosaurid dinosaur from the Late Cretaceous Period of Alberta. It was named by Scott D. Sampson, Mark A. Loewen, Andrew A. Farke, Eric M. Roberts, Catherine A. Forster, Joshua A. Smith, and Alan L. Titus in 2010. They called the species Vagaceratops irvinensis. The original species was Chasmosaurus irvinensis. It weighed 1 ton and was about the size of a Styracosaurus.
